Training center
Training center of the Trade House «AUTOgraph» from 2006 is dealing with questions of advanced trainings for professional colorists, painters and specialists in body repair.
To achieve maximal efficiency of training the educational program consists of 2 parts – theory and practice. Theoretical lessons are given in a class for 12 persons.
Practical part is conducted in the zone equipped at the state-of-the-art level. The zone occupies around 300 square meters and equipped with:
- paint spraying booth;
- in the preparation zone there is a system of dust extraction Matik MK 6000 manufactured by Rupes on 2 working places allowing to perform works in the radius up to 6 m from the place of its installation;
- last generation pneumatic sanding machines Scorpio manufactured by Rupes and electrical sanding equipment Rupes;
- unparalleled brushless electrical sanding machines Ceros 650 CV manufactured by Mirka;
- painting equipment Walmec including patented and unparalleled heat conditioner system TD3 that allows to accelerate considerably the painting process and to improve the quality of a painted surface;
- infrared curing lamps WiederKraft;
- pneumatic piston guns for the application of different types of sealants manufactured by ANI (Italy) and other equipment needed for a quality performance.
During the trainings we use abrasive materials Mirka, Norton, covering and masking materials Horn&Bauer, Eurocel, IKS, JetaPro, protective means by the companies ZVG and Du Pont Tyvek.
All the trainings are given by the top specialists of the Trade House “AUTOgraph”.
Our specialists are constantly improving and enhancing their knowledge and skills in the training centers of the leading manufacturers that produce products and equipment for body repair.
The trainees of our training center upon the completion of courses get certificates, they are provided with educational materials and free-of-charge meals.
